The Biggest Digital Talk: IDBYTE 2011

From 11-14 July, Jakarta will be the host for the Biggest Digital Event called IDBYTE. 

This event aimed to open Indonesian mindset on digital trend and technology. The potential of this trend is very huge here, and through this event, it's hoped that Indonesian is not only able to use the tools but also able to develop digital content and application. This series of event divided into 3 days workshop from 11-13 July, a digital conference on the 14 and closed on 14 night with the announcement of Bubu Awards. All of the event takes place at Pacific Place and the venues are Blitzmegaplex, @america and Ritz Carlton Ballroom. So, what's on it? Let's start!

Roadshow

Before the main event, IDBYTE had done roadshow to colleges and held seminars there. One of them is to BINUS University on July 7th, with theme: "Overview of Opportunity in Digital Industry".

Workshops

The workshop has started on 11 July with two workshop entitled "The Future of Application World" Both of them had same content but with different speakers from Telco Industry. On the next day, the workshop title was "Shaping the Right Social Commerce Market in Indonesia" which still going on in @america right now. The last, tomorrow's workshop title is "Defining the Effective Formula in Understanding Digital Consumer Insight". This workshop will be held at @america, starting from 10.00-17.00. Some speakers you'll find on this workshop are from: Google Analytics, Vivanews, Unilever, AdStars and Raditya Dika. All of this workshop are FREE. You just need to register yourself HERE.

Conference

After the workshops, on 14 July IDBYTE will hosted the biggest digital conference in Jakarta. The featured speakers are:

-Damon Scarr, Commercial Director of Yahoo!7

-Michelle Guthrie, Director of JAPAC Strategic Business Development, Google

-Cliff Rosenberg, VP International at LinkedIn

It will start from 9.30 until 17.00 at Ritz Carlton Ballroom.

Closing
