The Biggest Digital Talk: IDBYTE 2011
From 11-14 July, Jakarta will be the host for the Biggest Digital Event called IDBYTE.
This event aimed to open Indonesian mindset on digital trend and technology. The potential of this trend is very huge here, and through this event, it's hoped that Indonesian is not only able to use the tools but also able to develop digital content and application. This series of event divided into 3 days workshop from 11-13 July, a digital conference on the 14 and closed on 14 night with the announcement of Bubu Awards. All of the event takes place at Pacific Place and the venues are Blitzmegaplex, @america and Ritz Carlton Ballroom. So, what's on it? Let's start!
Workshop: Coffee Lovers Session
Hey coffee addicts, we have a workshop for you who wants to know more on the coffee making process or establishing a business on coffee. This workshop, "Coffee Lovers Session" is hosted by Mr. Andreas A. H., a barista trainer and coffee shop consultant. He also owns a coffee shop named "Cangkir Coffee".
There he will discuss about kinds of coffee, basic technique of coffee making with coffee testing and demo. The event will be held on July 2nd, 2011 at Rumah Komunitas 3F from 14.00-17.00. Htm: IDR 150,000.

The World of 3D! Turn your Imagination into 3D Modelling
If you're interested in the 3D world and eager to learn, here's a workshop for you to have deeper skill in the field withouth spending too much money. The tutors will teach you from the beginner level, so you can turn an object into 3D. They use 3D's Max software for the modelling. It's only IDR 70,000 for BINUS students and IDR 80,000 for public.
The workshop is on June 15th continued to June 17th 2011 at BINUS Laboratory (621, 623, 625) from 13.00-17.00.

Workshop&Recruitment: Astra
Fellows, for you who recently looking for a job or future job , Astra will held a workshop from tomorrow to Saturday in BINUS. It's free and open for all BINUSian (both active students and the alumnae) and you can be directly processed into recruitment to work in Astra. In the workshop, they will discuss about preparation and problems in Business Process, Competitor, Marketing Analysis and so on. You'll meet the CEO of Astra, got certificate, Lunch+Snack, also door prize and souvenir.
